How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it. Orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive, as stated on our website and confirmation email.

I Didn't Receive a Confirmation Email.

Check your spam, promotions, or bulk folders. Ensure the email address on file is correct. You can also log into your Cultured account to view your order history. If you still need help, contact our Customer Care team.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Your order might have been cancelled due to:

  • Sold Out Items: The item(s) may have been sold out.
  • Replenishment Delays: There might be a delay in restocking the item(s).
  • Billing Information Issues: We may be unable to verify your billing information or address.

If your order is cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email and a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 2-5 business days to process and 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
